| 摘 要： | 随着教育改革不断深入,素质教育已渗透到高等学校教育的各个环节。转变教育思想,确立现代教育理念,加强科学文化素质培养,使科学文化素质教育与人文素质教育和谐统一;加强专业素质教育,注重基础知识的积累以及提高教师素质是实施素质教育的途径。

| Abstract: | With the further development of the reform of the education system,quality education has been permeated through each link of thee university education.The methods of quality education are changing the thought and concept of education in an all-round way,establishing modern educational idea,enhancing sci- entific and cultural quality cultivation,making harmonious unification of science and culture quality education and humanistic quality education,strengthening professional quality education,paying attention to the accu- mulation of foundation knowledge and improving teachers' quality. |
