| 摘 要： | 切实加强和改进在高等学校学生中发展党员工作,加强和改进学生基层党组织建设,是新形势、新任务对高等学校党建工作提出的新要求。我们必须站在培养社会主义建设者和接班人的战略高度,加大发展工作力度,提高发展工作质量,健全发展工作制度,把学生党员发展工作真正落到实处,实现学生党员培养和发展工作的新进展,开展高等学校学生党建工作的新局面。
