| 摘 要： | 采用贝克抑郁自评量表、一般自我效能感量表、社会支持问卷调查了368名东北农业大学本科生的抑郁状况及其与自我效能感和社会支持的关系。结果为男生的自我效能感高于女生;一年级学生的抑郁水平较高,而客观支持水平较低;主观支持、客观支持和自我效能感对抑郁存在负向预测作用;增加大一学生的自我效能感和社会支持可以促进其心理健康发展。

| Abstract: | BDI-13,GSES and SSRS were used on investigation of 368 undergraduates of Northeast Agri- cultural University to find out the relationship among the depression,self-efficacy and social support.The scores of self-efficacy from male students are higher than the female ones.The students'depression level of Grade One is higher than that of others,and the students'social support of Grade One is lower than that of others.Perceived social support,received social support and self-efficacy have negative predictions to de- pression.Enhancing the level of social support and self-efficacy of the Grade One students will be beneficial for their mental health. |
