| 摘 要： | 动物医学专业是我国农业高等院校重要的传统学科,曾为我国畜牧业的发展做出重大贡献。但自我国高等教育大规模扩张以来,各种矛盾逐渐显现,动物医学人才的培养质量受到影响。围绕市场需求,结合在用人实践和教学实践中的体会,就通过合理设置课程、加强实践教学、提升学生创新素质、加强大学生就业思想指导四个方面,探讨高等院校动物医学专业如何培养适应市场需求的人才。
