Research and Discussion on Constrution of the Test Question Database in Colleges and Universities

At present, many universities are attempting to apply the separation of teaching and testing, which is a method of improving the teaching method and an effective way of upgrading the teaching quality. Nevertheless the construction of the test question is the basis and precondition of the separation of teaching and testing. The construction and application of the test question database can lighten the teachers'load, evaluate load, evaluate the teaching effect justifiably and objectively, and regulate and maintain teat questions conveniently. The paper discusses the requirement and method of onstucting test questions through the analysis of necessities of constructing the test question database.
