| Abstract: | In this paper, aiming directly at low usage rate of large-scale apparatus and equipment, and ineffective distribution of resources in universities, we offer a new method to solve that, establishing a shared platform of large-scale apparatus and equipment. We explain the way we carry out in detail . It is helpful to enhance the usage rate of large-scale apparatus and equipment in higher university. |
