| 摘 要： | 垃圾产业化势在必行。以科技演化论关于科学技术是解决人类生存和发展面临的“常态”与“非常态”矛盾的唯一手段与方法的理论为工具，从科技演化论的角度分析了环境恶化、资源短缺的成因及垃圾的本质、形式，比较了国内外垃圾产业发展的现状，指出了发展垃圾产业化的深远意义。
