| 摘 要： | 中共十七届三中全会指出，“按照依法自愿有偿原则，允许农民以转包、出租、互换、转让、股份合作等形式流转土地承包经营权，发展多种形式的适度规模经营”。农地流转能够加快农业种植结构的调整。还可以为加速农村剩余劳动力的转移提供有力条件。本文应用实地调研获取的数据，采用线性回归的方法，对大阁村土地流转面积与农民收入之间的关系进行了模型分析，以此揭示两者之间的关系。同时对阻碍农村土地流转的主要因素进行了深入研究，并提出了相应的解决对策。
