| 摘 要： | 大、小兴安岭生态功能区是黑龙江省规划发展的四大经济板块之一。人力推进环境修复和重建，发展与资源环境相适宜的接续替代产业，使大、小兴安岭生态面积恢复到开发初期的状态，成为了资源丰富，经济和人口资源环境协调发展的现代林区。

| Abstract: | Ecological function of Daxinganling and Xiaoxinganling is one of four big economical tectonic platesins in Heilongjiang.The article discusses on how to push environmental restoration and reconstruction, develop successive industry suited to resources and environment in order to restore the ecological appearance of Daxinganling and Xiaoxinganling and set up a modern forestory area of with plentiful resources,coordinative development of economy and population resources environment. |
