解决"三农"问题构建和谐社会

和谐社会的构建,必不可免地要涉及"三农"问题。因此,要在理顺和谐社会和"三农"问题内在联系的基础上,探求解决"三农"问题的基本途径。从"三农"问题的现实状况看,应该从建设村级经济组织,促进农民增收和统筹城乡发展三个方面寻求解决问题的办法,这对于建设社会主义和谐社会具有重要的现实意义。

Setting up a Harmonious Society by Resolving the Problems of Agriculture, Countryside and Peasants

To set up a harmonious society,it is inevitable to mention the problems of agriculture,country- side and peasants.Therefore,exploring the fundamental approaches to resolve the problems of agriculture, countryside and peasants must be based on coping with internal relations between harmonious society and the problems of agriculture,countryside and peasants.This article is established in realistic thinking of the prob- lems of agriculture,countryside and peasants,and puts forward three countermeasures to resolve it,including constructing rural economy organization,increasing earning of farmers and coordinating urban and rural devel- opment,which have a significance on construction of socialism harmonious society.
