| Abstract: | To enhance the effectiveness of floating party members management'we should start with the problems existing in the management of floating party members.Moreover,we should further change our ideas and opinions,innovate the organization and improve the management mechanism so that the management of floating party members can be placed on a standardized and institutionalized track.By all these solutions we can enhance the effect of management of floating party members. |
