| 摘 要： | 正确认识和解决金融危机形势下农民工流动就业问题，是认识和处理三农问题的重要内容，是中国实现现代化宏伟目标和构建和谐社会的重大课题。当前国际金融危机对我国经济的影响日益加深，金融风暴吹乱了中国农民工“候鸟式”流动就业的节奏，农民工流动就业面临严峻挑战，呈现出一些新的变化，也给三农问题解决带来了深刻的启示，需要引起全社会的高度重视。
