| Abstract: | Dairy engineering was highly practical application-oriented specialty.In order to improve the coordination of practice teaching and theory teaching,enhance the cultivation of creative college students,promote scientific research and academic level,practice teaching culture system should be fully improved and enhanced. The article discussed the genernal design,teaching content,teaching method and training model of practice teaching of dairy engineering specialty. |
