黑龙江省粮食消费与需求分析

黑龙江省作为国家重要的商品粮基地,粮食供给充分,生产的粮食除满足自身需求外,主要承担了国家粮食安全储备、粮食的省际调拨等任务。近年来,主销区对黑龙江省粮食的需求比较大,但粮食供应上存在品种缺口,因此,根据黑龙江省粮食消费与需求的变化,增加粮食有效供给意义重大。

Analysis of Grains Consumption & Demand in Heilongjiang Province

As an important Commodity Grain Production Base in China, Heilongjiang Province has provided a great deal of commodity grains for our country and has made an important contribution to national food security , meeting not only the demands in the province, but also undertaking the tasks of grain allocation and transportation among provinces. The grain consumption and demand in Heilongjiang Province has characteristics as follows; ration demands decrease slightly, grain feed and industrial grain increase fast, grain seed are stable. In recent years, demands from key marketing area for grains produced in Heilongjiang Province are relatively high, but there exists shortage of grain varieties in supply in Heilongjiang Province. Therefore it is significant for Heilngjiang Province to increase effectively grain supply according to the changes of consumption and demand. It is also signality for ensuring national food security.
