| 摘 要： | 乳品工程专业为我校的特色专业,该专业目前采用＂3＋1＂人才培养模式,并建立了国家级的人才培养模式创新实验区。本文主要论述了乳品工程专业＂3＋1＂人才培养模式建立的必要性、培养目标与可行性,并对其实施的方法进行了探讨。通过论述表明,乳品工程专业采用＂3＋1＂人才培养模式,可充分利用学校和国家乳品中心双方办学的优势,使乳品工程专业的学生能够适应乳品企业发展的需要,在乳品技能方面能获得乳品工程师的基本训练,快速地成为乳品科学与工程领域的工程技术人才。
