我国技术转移的症结及对策

如何从国家的层面上加速科学技术转移的进程，无论对科技政策的理论研究还是对技术创新的实践探索都具有举足轻重的现实意义。我国技术转移仍然存在着：有效技术供给不足；企业技术需求的动力和能力不足，科技中介组织体系不健全等症结。笔者提出改革科技体制中的成果激励机制来增加技术有效供给、大力扶持企业自主技术创新以及建立健全技术中介体系等加快我国技术转移步伐的对策。

Analysis on the Problems and Countermeasures of Technology Transfer

How to speed up the process of technology transfer has an important significance theoretic study of public policy but also the practice of technology innovation. There still exist for not only the in China＇s technology transfer： the inadequate supply of effective techniques, enterprises＇ power for technology needs and its capacity are weak; science and technology intermediary organizations systems are not perfect. The author con- clude the countermeasures that is to reform the scientific and technological system in the outcome of incentive mechanisms to increase the effective technical supply ;to support the enterprises to create technologi tion independently; to establish a reasonable technical intermediary system to speed up the pace technology transfer.
