Research and Exploration of the Construction of University Student Dormitory Culture

Student dormitory culture is a systematic project to provide for life, studies, consciousness cultivation of students inside dormitory building by university administrators to serve the overall construction and education of students. It is created during the long-term administration and service practices by both dormitory administrators and the students. It is a team awareness and spiritual atmosphere characteristic of university campuses as distinguished from other social groups, reflecting the value orientation, modes of thinking and criteria of behavior of the dormitory administrators and students. It is a spiritual force that binds university component groups.
