| 摘 要： | 随着我国工业化、城市化进程的加快发展，失地农民的数量逐渐增多，失地农民的权益保障问题日益受到关注。当前，应围绕失地农民的生存权、就业权、社会保障权等方面，克服现有法律规定的缺陷，完善相关法律制度，保障失地农民的合法权益。

| Abstract: | Along with the speed-up development of our country' s industrialization and urbanization process,the quantities of land-lost farmers increase gradually,rights and interests safeguard questions of land- lost farmers have attracted more and more attentions day by day.Presently,we should overcome the defects of the existing legal rules,perfect the related legal system,and safeguard the legal rights and interests from the as- pects of farmers existence rights,employment rights and social security right. |
