| 摘 要： | 针对高等学校科技成果转化与产业化落后的现状,分析了导致高校科技成果转化困难的原因是,体制不适应,机制不健全;高校对科技成果转化的认识不够和资金不足等。提出了加强政策导引,完善技术市场,扶植和培育风险投资中介机构,健全机制,增加内动力促进高等学校科技成果转化的具体措施。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the current situation of scientific and technical transformation and backward industrialization in university, the thesis analyses the reason in the difficulties of transformation. It summarizes three factors of restricting transformation of scientific and technical achievements. Not suiting the systems, insufficient motive force and lacking funds, etc. The thesis puts forward the concrete promotion measures: strengthening guide to the policy, investing the technical marker, fostering the risk investment intermediary, perfecting the mechanism and increasing motive force. |
