| 摘 要： | 高校校办企业走股份制道路是大势所趋,通过股份优化,明晰责权利,使其获得完整的企业控制权,给企业带来活力。从经济学和企业管理学角度对社会实行的股权结构、校企产权制度改革的实质进行了阐述和剖析,从经济学和市场需要对校企股份制改造的内容、股权结构进行了说明。

| Abstract: | It is a general trend that the corporation affiliated college makes for the way of the stock system.By optimizing stock,clarifying duty,right and interests,the corporation can get the whole control right and be brought energy.The article dissects the essence of the stock right structure implemented in society and the corporation property right system innovation at the angle of economics and corporation administration.Moreover,it expatiates the special content of the stock reform in the corporation affiliated college according to economics and market demand. |
