| Abstract: | The article analyzes the orientation of personnel training target under the qualification system and points out the role of library in the process of personnel training in institutions of higher learning.Then the article describes that how college library adapt the orientation of personnel training target under the qualification system and also emphasizes that the library should innovate the level of management. |
