| 摘 要： | 对近 10年来我国金融结构状况进行了理论分析 ,指出了我国金融经济正处于起步阶段。阐述了我国金融体系还不能完全适应国际金融市场的要求 ,同时论述了我国金融结构的优化对策 ,即应加大金融体制改革的力度 ,加强金融结构创新 ,促进银行与企业之间的合作 ,大力发展股票市场 ,并且应建立健全金融风险防范体系 ,以便使我国的金融体系在国际金融市场中更好地参与竞争与合作

| Abstract: | According to the analysis to the financial structure of China in the last ten years,it points that financial development of China is at the elementary stage and can't completely meet the needs of the world finance market.Simultaneously,it expounds the optimization policy of our financial structure,i.e.,accelerating the reform of financial system,enhancing financial structure innovation,strengthening the cooperation between banks and enterprises,developing stock market strongly and establishing the perfect systems of financial anti\|risk.So we should lay a solid foundation on successfully entering world finance market to participate in the competition and the cooperation. |
