| 摘 要： | 介绍了GDP的概念及其价值、收入和产品三种表现形态。论述了绿色GDP是考虑环境污染与自然资源消耗成本的绿色核算体系。指出绿色GDP将环境和生态纳入一个国家(或地区)综合经济之中,能够全面反映一个国家(或地区)的真实经济情况,体现了可持续发展观。准确测算绿色GDP测算环境资产价值是关键。

| Abstract: | Introducing the GDP concept and its three kinds of forms of the value, income and product.Expounding the green GDP is the green calculation system that considers the environmental pollution and the natural resource consumption cost.Pointing out green GDP can comprehensively reflect the real economical situation of a country(or area) and reflect the sustainable development view.It is the key to calculate the value of environmental assets accurately for calculating green GDP. |
