| 摘 要： | 阐述了复合型人才的含义和基本特征。分析了知识经济时代高等学校培养复合型人才的现实意义。指出高等学校的人才培养要符合时代发展的需要,要以推进高等教育改革为目的,以促进人才资源与经济社会协调发展为根本,实现办学质量和社会效益的提高。提出了建立合理的学科体系,完善的教学方法,创建高素质的师资队伍,以此构建复合型人才的培养模式。

| Abstract: | The thesis discusses the meaning and basic feather of compound talents and analyzes the significance of compound talents cultivation in knowledge economy era. Talent cultivation should keep up with the development of our times. Aiming at improving education reform, the improvement of education quality and social benefit should be based on harmonious development between human resources and social economy. Perfect teaching methods and teaching faculty with higher quality should be set up. Reasonable scientific system and compound talents cultivation are expected to be established. |
