| 摘 要： | 以合同能源管理项目为研究对象，针对合同能源管理项目在我国企业的实施状况，结合中国社会经济发展现状，系统分析了我国合同能源管理项目实施过程中所面临的节能量风险、融资成本风险、客户支付风险等收益风险，在此基础上探讨我国合同能源管理项目的风险防范策略，提出发行“绿色债券”的新理念，以期获得有效降低风险的方法体系。
