| 摘 要： | 毕业生就业工作是关系到高校生存和发展的一件大事.随着就业改革的进一步深化,大学毕业生所面临的就业形势日趋严峻.高等学校毕业生就业指导部门如何采取有效措施,加强学生综合素质的培养,提高择业能力,成为摆在我们面前的一项重要课题.本文作者结合工作实践,从就业机构建设、就业指导与思想教育、学生综合素质培养等方面,就如何搞好毕业生就业工作进行了论述.

| Abstract: | University graduates' employment is vital to the existence and development of universities. With the deepening of employment reformation, the situation of university graduates' employment is becoming more and more severe.Thus,it is an important task for employment guidance departments to study how to improve the overall quality of the university students and their abilities to obtain employment. This paper discusses how to do a good job of university graduates' employment by establishing proper employment organization, strengthening employment guidance and improving the students'overall quality. |
