| 摘 要： | 家族企业中的委托代理关系是当前理论界容易忽视的问题,事实上,家族企业中的与国有企业中的委托代理关系同样复杂。本文简要介绍了委托代理理论,对家族企业进行了界定,分析了家族企业内的三种委托代理关系,并对本文研究的不足和未来研究方向做出展望。

| Abstract: | The principal-agent relationship in the family firms has been neglected presently. In fact, it is no less complex of the principal-agent problem in family firms than in the state-owned enter-prises. The article introduced the principal-agent theory in brief, and defined the family firm as well. Then,an analysis on the principal-agent relationship was brought forth in three types. A conclusion was reached finally which pointed out the deficiency of the research and the prospect for further re-search. |
