| 摘 要： | WTO规则主要规范政府的行政行为 ,WTO规则的实施关键在于依法行政 ,加入 WTO对我国政府职能、行政执法的依据、行政行为 (主体、方式、程序等 )以及救济监督机制等将产生全面而深远的影响 ,从而为我国实现行政法治化带来机遇与挑战

| Abstract: | The WTO regulations mainly standardize governmental administrative actions. The enforcement of the WTO regulations mainly depends on governments and their administration by law .Joining WTO will have comprehensive influences on the governmental function,administrative basis,actions as well as the administrative remedy system . And it will offer an opportunity and challenge to our rule by administrative law. |
