国外大学研究性教学经验及其启示

以培养大学生创新精神和研究能力为目标,美国研究型大学提出了教学应与研究相结合,学生的学习应基于研究,建构了以研究为本的本科研究性教学模式,并取得了成功的经验,为我国大学开展研究性教学提供了启示与借鉴。故此,笔者从理论与实践的角度提出,我国实施研究性教学要加强教学与科研有机结合;完善与促进本科生参与研究的管理机制;制定有利于研究性教学开展的教师激励机制,进而把研究性教学贯穿于整个教学过程。

Enlightenment and Experience of the Research Teaching of the Higher Education Abroad

The American research universities have advanced that teaching should be combined with research,and that the study of the students should be based on research for the purpose of developing the students' innovation spirit and strengthening their research ability.Those universities have established the research teaching model for undergraduates and have got successful experience,which provides enlightenment and reference for the universities of China to develop research teaching.From the angle of theory and practice,the authors put forward that the organic combination of teaching with practice should be strengthened in Chinese universities in order to carry out research teaching.The management mechanism for the participation of the students in the research should be improved and promoted,The incentive mechanism that will be beneficial to teachers to do research teaching should be established so that the research teaching will be done in the whole process of teaching.
