河北省高等教育结构优化研究——基于国家主体功能区战略背景下京津冀区域高等教育发展的视角

国家主体功能区发展战略的提出与实施，要求重新审视京津冀区域高等教育发展，也为河北省高等教育结构调整确立了新坐标。在借鉴国内外区域高等教育发展经验的基础上，探讨了京津冀高等教育整体发展的新模式；以大量翔实的数据为依据，从层次结构、科类结构、形式结构、区域结构四个方面分析了河北省高等教育结构现状；并从宏观规划、中观推进与微观突破三个层面提出了优化区域高等教育结构的对策。
