教学学术能力视域下高校教师教学培训改革研究

博耶提出的"教学学术"理念,不仅拓展了人们对"学术"的认识,而且突破了大学"教学"与"研究"之间的藩篱,使高等教育重新回归本真——教学,教师的教学学术能力也得到了前所未有的关注。教学学术能力包括教学内容知识的生成与传播能力、教学评价与反思能力、教学研究与创新能力。基于教学学术能力的视角,目前高校教师教学培训存在着高校重视程度不高、培训内容深度与广度不足、培训形式单一等问题。构建以教学学术能力为核心的教师教学培训机制,需要加强机构建设与制度引导,提高教师参与教学培训的自主性和积极性;扩展教师教学理论知识,为教师开展教学学术提供理论支持;开展形式多样的教学培训,促进教师的教学评价与交流;搭建教学资源共享平台,分享与传播教学学术研究成果。

Research on the Reform of University Teachers' Teaching and Training under the View of Academic Ability

It is necessary to strengthen the guidance of institutional construction and system to improve teachers ''autonomy and enthusiasm to participate in teaching and training, to expand the theoretical knowledge of teachers'' teaching and provide theoretical support for teachers to carry out teaching and learning, to carry out various forms of teaching and training to promote the teaching evaluation and exchange of teachers and build teaching resources sharing platform to share and disseminate teaching academic research results.
