摘    要:管理学是一门实践性极强的学科。现行管理学教育存在教学与实践相脱节、理论与企业实际“两张皮”、教学内容与教学方法不能适应时代要求等问题。MOOC的师生互动、生生互动以及学生的学习体验都还原了“学”的本质,从而实现教师从“讲授者”到“启发者”的角色转变。在罗伯特·塔尔伯特翻转课堂结构基础之上,结合MOOC的教育理念及思想,构建了基于MOOC的管理学课堂教学应用模型,并以管理学核心章节战略管理为例,对课程开发进行了详细说明。调查结果显示,管理学MOOC课程试点取得了良好的教学效果。最后,对管理学MOOC未来发展提出了一些建设性思考。

Abstract:Management is a subject that emphasizes practice. There are many problems in current management education. For example, the teaching and management practices are out of line, the theory is not consistent with the actual enterprise, and the teaching content and teaching techniques cannot meet the requirements of the practice. The interactions between teachers and students, the interactions among students in the MOOC, and the learning experience of the students restore the essence of "learning", thus realizing the role of teachers from "teacher" to "inspirer". Based on Robert Talbot''s structure of flipped classroom, combining the educational concepts and ideas of MOOC, this paper developed a MOOC-based application model of management class teaching. Taking the strategic management of the core chapter of management as an example, the curriculum development is described in details. The survey shows that the pilot program of management MOOC has achieved good teaching results. Finally, some constructive thoughts on the future development of management MOOC are proposed.
