普通高校新生军训期间心理 健康状况调查研究

为了考察大学新生的心理适应状况及其与心理健康的关系,选取大学新生军训的特定时间段,应用大学生人格问卷(UPI)、症状自测量表(SCL-90)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)、状态—特质焦虑问卷(STAI)等问卷综合测量3 122名大学新生的心理适应状况和心理健康状况,用量化形式评估军训对大学新生的心理影响。测量结果显示:军训对于大学新生的人格心理有着正面促进效果,男女新生基本处于同一水平,但来自不发达地区或经济困难群体的大学生心理健康状况低于普通值;军训对于大学生的乐群性有增进作用,但焦虑、精神病性、偏执等军训后高于军训前;高特质焦虑学生选择负向应对方式的频率与较低特质焦虑学生相比较显得更频繁。因此,应加强对大学新生军训的组织管理,做好思想动员、团体心理辅导、建立"心声档案袋"等工作。

A Study on the Mental Health of College Freshmen during the Military Training

In order to investigate the freshman’s psychological adaptation and its relation to mental health,we use questionnaires including the University Student’s Personality Inventory(UPI),Symptom Check List 90(SCL-90),Eysenck Personal Questionnaire(EPQ),and State-Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI) to do an integrated research on the freshmen with the number of 3122.Results show that: for freshmen’s personality,the military training has a positive promoting effect and schoolboys as well as schoolgirls are at the same level,but there is a gape between less developed areas(or difficult economic groups) and normal value areas.Military training can increase group accommodation but it also can increase anxiety,and paranoid.The higher trait anxiety of students is,the more choices of negative way to deal with life are.For these,we put forward the strategies such as strengthening organization management,focus on the ideology mobilizing,group psychological guidance and mental files establishment.
