| 摘 要： | 在高校办学过程中学生伤害事故很难避免。本文从法律视角对高校学生伤害事故进行了界定,明确了学生伤害事故的违约责任和侵权责任,提出高校学生伤害事故责任竞合应采取允许竞合模式,同时,对高校学生伤害事故提出了处理和防范的原则和措施。

| Abstract: | Student's injury accident is difficult to avoid in the college development,which troubles college work and affects the order of college education and teaching.This article defines college student's injury accident from the legal perspective,clears the default responsibility and the infringement responsibility of the student's injury accident,proposes that the settlement of college student's injury accident should adopt competing models,and also proposes the principles and measures of treatment and prevention. |
