| 摘 要： | 准公益性传媒在性质上属于特殊的公法人,虽在公法人制度的构架下能获得较大的自主权,但必须确保其行为不偏离政府的目标。应当允许准公益性传媒拥有部分自有财产。准公益传媒应当剥离与其所属经营性公司的产权关系,其不能完全按照《公司法》的规定建立现代企业法人治理结构,在制度设计上必须坚持和保证党的领导。

| Abstract: | Quasi-public medium is a special public legal person in nature.It can obtain more autonomous right under the framework of public corporation system on the assumption that its behavior shouldn't depart from the governmental target.Quasi-public medium is permitted to hold some property of its own.It should strip the property right relationship with the corporation it belongs to.It can't construct the framework of corporate governance of modern business in accordance with Law of Corporation entirely,meanwhile ... |
