| Abstract: | Accelerating talenfs structural adjustment paces already becomes one of the problems urgently to be solved in Hebei Province. This paper has analyzed the problem existing and the origin cause of trained personnel of Hebei Province at present, and then has proposed the countermeasure and measure to solve the problem. |
