少数民族牧区县农村社会经济可持续发展对草地资源利用影响的实证研究--兼评价甘肃少数民族牧区县农村社会经济可持续发展水平

从理论和构建模型来看,少数民族牧区县单纯依靠草地资源来实现草地资源经济效益和生态效益的同步增长是不切实际的.通过对甘肃少数民族牧区县农村可得的36个社会经济发展指标的定性分析和多元统计定量分析,不仅可以对甘肃少数民族牧区县农村社会经济的可持续发展水平有明确的认识,还进一步证实了我们所构建的农村社会经济可持续对草地资源利用影响模型的可靠性.通过整个实证研究以及对阿克塞县的个案研究,指明了促进各少数民族牧区县农村社会经济可持续发展、缓解草地资源压力的重要途径.

Case Study of the Influence of Rural Sustained Social and Economic Development on Pastureland Resources in Ethnic Pastoral Counties--Assessment of Rural Sustained Social and Economic Development

In terms of theory and model construction, it is impossible to realize the economic returns and ecological effects of pastureland resources only relying on these resources. Through the quantitative and qualitative analysis of 36 social and economic development criteria collected form ethnic pastoral counties of Gansu Province, the article offers a better understanding of sustained social and economic development in the above-mentioned counties and proves the reliability of influence model (the influence of sustained social and economic development on the pastureland resources). Through these actual evidence and case study of Akesai County, the article also shows a way of how to promote sustained social and economic development in ethnic pastoral counties and relieve the pressure of pastureland resources.
