摘    要:当前大学生就业形势日益严峻,就业压力逐渐增大。就业市场混乱,就业管理失序,目标设置、市场、诚信、合同、信息等就业陷阱时有发生。因此,必须实施积极有效的教育管理措施,加强大学生综合素质培养;多渠道开辟就业途径,引导大学生形成合理的择业期望;形成制度化就业管理模式,提高毕业生就业率;规范就业管理,防范就业陷阱,保障大学生就业工作健康运行。

Abstract:At present the employment situation of university students is becoming more competitive and the pressure is increasing.The employment market and employment management is messy and disordered.The employment traps concerning goal setting,market,honesty,contract and information crop up frequently.Therefore,it is necessary to take active and efficient educational management measures,enhance the comprehensive qualities of university students,widen employment channels,guide university students to form rational expectation to employment,form the systematic employment management mode,improve the employment rate,regulate employment management,prevent employment traps and guarantee the healthy operation of employment for university students
