西部地区农村工业发展现状与对策

发展农村工业对西部地区推动农村经济发展和加快工业化进程具有重要意义。针对西部地区农村工业对农村经济发展和区域工业化发展的作用较弱、工业结构层次比较低等问题，西部地区应当发展企业集群，优化农村工业企业的组织结构；发展农村工业园区，打造农村工业发展的载体；加快金融体制改革，满足农村工业发展的资金需求，并且要节约资源、保护环境，使农村工业的发展符合可持续发展的要求。

The Current Situation and Some Relevant Strategies on Rural Industrial Development in Western Area

The development of rural industry is significantly meaningful in facilitating rural economic development and quickening industrial process in the western area of China. In connection with the weak function of rural industry to rural economic development and local industrial process, the low in- dustrial structure in western area of China, the western area should develop enterprise group, opti- mize the organizational structure of rural industrial enterprises, develop rural industrial community, establish the vector of rural industrial development, accelerate financial system reform, satisfy the capital requirement of rural industry, save the natural resources, protect the environment and make the rural industry compatible to the sustainable development.
