西部产业集群的若干问题研究

国内外理论研究与发展实践表明,产业集群已成为区域竞争优势的源泉。目前,我国西部地区尚未形成真正意义上的、有竞争力的产业集群。加快市场化改革步伐、推进国有大型企业组织结构调整、着力培植特色产业群、发挥政府在产业集群形成中的引导作用等,是推进西部产业集群形成与发展的主要对策措施。

Research of Problems in Industrial Clusters of the Western China

As both domestic and international theory research and development practice proved: industrial cluster has become the resources of regional competition privilege. At present, in the Western China industrial clusters are far from being real and competitive. Main counter-measures to form and develop such clusters in the Western China are: speeding market reform, urging structure adjustment of state-owned enterprises, breeding industrial clusters with characteristics, government playing guiding role in the formation of industrial clusters.
