从古代法律的角度看儒教

由《王制》的法律原则，从《唐律疏议》到《大清律例》的一脉相承，说明在中国古代的儒者看来，它们的宗教礼仪，同时就是国家的法律制度；国家的法律制度，也是它们的宗教礼仪。这一点同古代印度教的《摩奴法论》、犹太教的《旧约》等宗教法典，以及古希腊、古罗马等具有影响力的法律著作体现的法律思想大体是一致的。因此，从古代法律的角度看，《王制》篇从一个侧面说明儒教和其他国家宗教的性质是一致的。

On Confucianism from the Perspective of Ancient Law

The article attempts to indicate that in the mind of Confucianism the religious etiquette is also regarded as the state law and vice verse from the analysis of （The Kingdom Government）, （Brief Analysis of the Law of Tang Dynasty）and（The Law arid Rules of Qing Dynasty）. This viewpoint corresponds with ideologies represented in other influential lawful works such as（On Manu Law）of Indian religion, （The Old Christianity） of Jewish law, ancient Greek law and ancient Rome law in the word. So（The Kingdom Government）discloses the fact that the characteristics of Confucianism is more or less the same with that of other state laws in the world.
