新媒体背景下高校共青团思政教育工作方式创新研究——以赤峰学院为例

本文以赤峰学院为例,分析新媒体对高校共青团思政教育工作的利弊,分析了高校共青团思政教育工作方式在新媒体背景下转型的必要性,提出了新媒体背景下高校共青团思政教育工作方式转型的路径。在该路径下,树立3个理念(参与式思政教育理念、互动式思政教育理念、知识与乐趣相结合思政教育理念);推行2项举措,即打造1支学生新媒体队伍和完善监督激励机制;打造1个融合传统载体和新媒体优势的思政教育阵地。

Research on the Innovation of Ideological and Political Education Mode of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and Universities under the Background of New Media——Chifeng University as an Example

Taking Chifeng University as an example,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the new media on the ideological and political education of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities,and then puts forward the necessity of the transformation of the ideological and political education mode of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities under the background of the new media,and finally puts forward the path of the transformation of the ideological and political education mode of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities under the background of the new media.Under this path,we should set up three ideas(participatory ideological and political education,interactive ideological and political education,knowledge and fun combined with ideological and political education),and carry out two measures,namely,to build a new media team of students and perfect the supervision and incentive mechanism,and to create a ideological and political education position that combines the advantages of traditional carriers with new media.
