On Employment of College Students in the New Era

This paper discusses the problems existing in the employment of college students in the new era,such as the lack of credibility,the unclear understanding of major and occupation,the poor connection between school life and workplace,regional differences and low vision.The influencing factors of students'employment include regional economy,local talent demand,students'family situation,urban-rural differences and educational level.Solutions to students'employment problems,such as the employment service policy of local government,improving the employment service level of colleges and universities,making full use of digital internet technology,establishing and improving student internship and probation base strengthening the moral education and psychological guidance.
