赤峰市农牧区小学英语教育现状与对策研究--以翁牛特旗为例

根据教育部颁发的《关于积极推进小学开设英语课程的指导意见》中的明确规定,赤峰城区从2001年秋季开始逐步在小学开设英语课程。随后农牧区也逐步开设英语课程。但是普遍是在师资薄弱,教育资源匮乏的情况下进行的。经过十几年的发展,农牧区小学英语教学状况得到了很大的发展,但仍然存在突出问题。本文对赤峰市翁牛特旗农牧区小学英语教学现状进行调查研究,指出问题,分析问题,在此基础上提出相关建议,以促进赤峰地区小学英语教学发展,对其他地区小学英语教学发展也具有借鉴意义。

A Study on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of English Education in Primary Schools in Chifeng Area--Taking Ongniud County as an Example

According to the Guidance on Actively promoting English Courses in Primary Schools issued by the Ministry of Education, English Courses are provided in primary schools in Chifeng city. Later,English courses were gradually offered in rural and pastoral areas. But it is generally carried out under the condition of the shortage of teachers and lack of educational resources. After more than ten years of development, English Teaching in primary schools in rural and pastoral areas has made great progress, but there still exist problems. The paper makes an investigation and research on the current situation of English Teaching in primary schools in rural and pastoral areas of Ongniud County, Chifeng City, points out the problems, analyzes the problems, and puts forward relevant suggestions so as to promote the development of English Teaching in primary schools in Chifeng City, and also has reference significance for the development of English Teaching in primary schools in other areas.
