| 摘 要： | 伊扎德的情绪动机———分化理论 ,系统地阐述了情绪的性质和功能 ,特别是情绪的动机作用 ,由该理论可看出高校在大学生的情绪智力培养中还存在许多缺陷 ,文章对此进行了分析 ,并对如何培养大学生的情绪智力作了一些初步的探讨
