摘    要:伊扎德的情绪动机———分化理论 ,系统地阐述了情绪的性质和功能 ,特别是情绪的动机作用 ,由该理论可看出高校在大学生的情绪智力培养中还存在许多缺陷 ,文章对此进行了分析 ,并对如何培养大学生的情绪智力作了一些初步的探讨

Abstract:Characters and functions of emotion,especially the role of emotional motivation are interpreted systematically in the emotional motivation differentiation theory by Izard,With the enlightenment of his theory the problems of emotional intelligence fostering in colleges are put forward and analyzed in this paper,which probes into the research on how to foster emotional intelligence of college students.
