| 摘 要： | 刑事和解的主体包括被害人、加害人、调解人、司法机关和其他参与人。刑事和解可以适用于所有侵犯个人法益的犯罪,对于侵犯社会和国家法益的犯罪,如涉及到侵害个人法益的,也可以适用刑事和解。
