| 摘 要： | 物流经营供应链过程一体化,指物流企业外部供应链过程的集成与一体化经营,它是第三方物流发展的根本条件。其一体化的组织形式是物流战略联盟,即虚拟物流企业;运作基础是加入工商企业产品供应链,运行机制是供应链合同,运行管理方式主要是以供应链合同为依据实行相互监督。

| Abstract: | The supply chain process integration of logistics operation means that logistics external supply chain process is integrated and managed integratively.It is the basic condition for the third part logistics to develop.The form of its integrated organization is a logistic strategic alliance,namely virtual logistics enterprises.The foundation of its integrated operation is to join the products supply chain of industrial and commercial enterprises,the operating mechanism being the supply chain contract,and the operation management style being mainly to take supply chain contract as a basis to supervise each other. |
