| 摘 要： | 反垄断法的域外适用无论在法理上还是在实践中一直存在着争议。反垄断域外适用有其现实必要性和合理的法理依据,但也带来国际间法律冲突与矛盾。因此,各国必须加强国际反垄断合作,尽快制订国际反垄断法,以维护国际经济竞争秩序。

| Abstract: | There has always been both theoretical and practica l controversy on the adaptability of anti-monopoly law in foreign countries. In spite of the realistic necessity and legal basis, it causes conflicts betwe en the resp ective laws of different countries. Therefore, it is imperative to enhance inter national cooperation and make a joint effort to work out an international anti-m onopoly law in order to protect the world order of market competition. |
