| 摘 要： | 根据华东师范大学1988年修订的卡特尔16种人格因素量表制成网络版,对某高校1729名大学生进行了测试。通过多方面的比较,发现不同性别、不同学科学生的人格因素存在差异。在各种影响因素中,社会文化环境及文化背景对学生性格的形成有着更为明显的影响。

| Abstract: | A personality testing of 1729 students in a certain university has been carried out through the internet according to the 16 Personality Component Chart designed by Cattell and further revised by East China Normal University with the result that their personalities vary drastically between both sexes with different branches of learning. Among the various influential factors social environment and cultural background comprise the two basic elements in shaping the personality of the students. |
