| 摘 要： | 科学技术可区分出三重功能,在不同历史发展阶段表现为不同重点方面,即作为"纯粹的"科学技术,作为"生产力"的科学技术,作为"意识形态"的科学技术。科学技术的各种功能之间既有联系、协同方面,也有矛盾、冲突方面。中国科学技术发展要正确处理科学技术各种功能之间关系,既要坚实基础科学研究,促进生产力的发展,更要有利于和谐社会建设。

| Abstract: | There are three-dimensional functions of science & technology,which express different focal points in different historical developmental period: science & technology as "the pure",science & technology as"productive forces",science & technology as"ideology".There are both coordination and confliction among various functions of science & technology.We need to deal with relations among various functions correctly in China’s development of science & technology.We need to strengthen basic science research,promote the development of productive forces,and benefit the construction of harmonious society even more. |
